The Big Event

 

The Big Event is a one-day community service project in which university students perform clean-up tasks, such as raking leaves, picking up trash, painting fences and weeding, in the Town of Bloomsburg. The objective of the Big Event is to give a warm “thank you” from BU students to the residents of Bloomsburg for sharing their community. 

 

Alpha Tau Omega sent almost all of our brothers to this large event to help the surrounding neighborhoods. This year, we were tasked with cleaning and maintaining all of the outside pavilions that the Bloomsburg park has to offer for the community.
